1 What is personal data and what is processing?
Personal data is information that identifies or can identify, directly or indirectly, a natural person and that can provide information about their characteristics, habits, personal relationships, etc. Personal data includes, but is not limited to: name, surname, address or other contact details, an identification number or an online identifier.

2 What personal data is processed?
a. Navigation data
During normal operation, the IT systems used to operate the website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the User to be identified. 3.2 Responding to potential candidates in relation to job vacancies in the ‘Work with us’ section;

6 Where is the data stored?
All personal data is stored electronically on servers located in Switzerland and the EU.
7 How long are the data stored?
The User’s personal data is stored in compliance with current regulations for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
The CV and any personal data of Candidates for a period not exceeding 24 months from receipt of the CV, in the event of unsuccessful application; if the Data Controller considers the application interesting, it may retain the relevant personal data, subject to the candidate’s consent, for a period not exceeding 5 years.
8 What are the User’s rights?
The User may request, at any time, confirmation as to whether or not their personal data is being processed, and in relation to this, they have the right to: • request access to the data to obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the recipients to whom the data may be disclosed, the duration of the processing (where possible) and the possible consequences of processing based on profiling;
• withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal;
• request the rectification of personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• request the erasure of data if it is no longer necessary for the Controller for the purposes of the processing, is inadequate in relation to the purposes of the processing, the User has withdrawn their consent or the data has been processed unlawfully; • request the restriction of data processing, in the cases provided for by law; • request the transfer of data to another Data Controller, in a commonly used and machine-readable format, without hindrance from the current Data Controller;

• lodge a complaint with the competent authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates current data protection legislation.
